• Key Responsibility
• Develop and implement strategic global communications strategy to support project goals and initiatives, helping to increase brand awareness and build reputation.
• Manage the activities against operating plans and budgets.
• Direct and drive all aspects of marketing including planning, researching and executing of steps/tasks to achieve successful outcomes.
• Research, write and promote communications to targeted media and influencers. Ensure compliance with company image, brand standards, approval levels, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with and collaborate across multiple functional teams in order to deliver cohesive marketing and communications plans spanning a variety of tactics and channels.
• Track, measure and report on campaign performance against metrics.
• Identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct throughout a campaign to optimize the programs performance.

• Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years in digital marketing and campaign management experience. 6+ years for Senior Role.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field of study or commensurate combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in creating and executing strategies that drive demand through digital channels
• Experience developing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, search, email, advertising, events and content creation.
• Outstanding B2B writing and PowerPoint skills.
• Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to work across all levels in an organization.
• Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of additional languages other than English is a plus
