This position is to lead the PSG Product Execution Office (PXO) reporting to the VP of Product for Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) and supporting the broader PSG organization. The PXO team leads the definition, implementation, and execution of the business processes that drive PSG's successful execution to GTM, product planning, and LRP execution including the business execution (BEM) and Zone to Win (ZTW) forums, Customer Alignment Meetings (CAM), PSG People First, PSG Communications. The role will seek to continue maximize the effectiveness of the PSG operating model and enable both an efficient and fun environment for the people of PSG and our partner organizations.
Specific responsibilities include:
Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency, working with product staff and PSG staff and extended DCAI/NEX leadership to establish and execute to priorities.
Act as liaison with other groups, and Intel BUs, facilitating collaboration and cultivating influence across these organizations.
Drive decision forums and meetings ranging from working level to C-Suite with prioritized topics and agendas designed to support business goals and objectives.
Cohesive business strategy execution across PSG and all of Intel; working with business data and with Microsoft office products (especially Excel, Teams and SharePoint)
Develop a world class team of project and program management professionals
Implementing systems and processes to create economies of scale

Some travel is required but this is a hybrid role with key stakeholders located at PSG headquarters in San Jose, CA.
The job is in a fast-paced environment and requires a dynamic individual to succeed. The individual must be proactive and highly organized.
Qualifications
Additional requirements include:
Skills to develop materials and scripts that transform complex ideas into simple, well-articulated messages.
Broad Intel business experience and business acumen; ideally including experience in product strategy, product line management, and/or product planning.
Program management skills and experience driving multidiscipline projects independently; including Excel skills.
Qualifications:
Technical and Business Process Management Background with 12+ years of experience or MSEE with 10+ years of experience.
10+ years of operations or program management role. 8+ years of experience in coordination and operational support to cross functional teams in matrix orgs.
