Senior Manufacturing Engineer The role will cover continuous daily improvement activity through to larger projects that will result in a step change improvement. Essential Functions: Work cross-functionally to support the Isolator Value Stream to achieve daily KPI's and identify daily wastes Create a timeline of project and events to drive lean, CI and process improvements Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive process improvements Develop an investment roadmap and led the execution Managing projects, and CAPEX budgets Lead change management through hands on knowledge and information sharing Support training and education plans to upskill value stream Review our current capabilities and develop a clear understanding of our process performance. Understand our future requirements from key business perspectives. Research technology which will enhance our manufacturing capabilities. Develop business case models to prove return on investment Communicate with key stakeholders with the business on progress. To contribute, be involved and actively support the continuous improvement process within every facet of the Business. When requested, work within improvement teams to resolve processes or procedures that need addressing. Qualifications Experience Required Strong background in operations (engineering or CI preferred), good knowledge of SMT and automated PCBA production lines, Analytical (Pareto, run charts, control charts, FMEA, six sigma preferred), SAP, Microsoft Office Good problem solving skills Good Communication skill, flexible, learner, ambitious What Eaton offers?
