Główne obowiązki Stała kontrola nad techniczną zgodnością produktu ze specyfikacją klienta z zakresu spawania laserowego i lutowania detali. Monitorowanie parametrów technicznych procesu spawania laserowego i lutowania oraz optymalizacja i dbałość o stabilność procesu. Przygotowywanie dokumentacji projektowej i procesowej. Dobór parametrów, narzędzi i materiałów w celu zapewnienia optymalnego przebiegu procesów specjalnych. Przygotowywanie raportów z testów wdrożeniowych procesu. Opracowywanie dokumentacji stanowiskowej dla procesu spawania laserowego i lutowania. Opracowywanie i aktualizacja PFMEA dla procesów specjalnych włączając spawanie laserowe i lutowanie. Przygotowywanie zapytań ofertowych (RFQ) a także analiza oraz wybór dostawców maszyn do spawania laserowego i lutowania. Budowanie bazy "lesson learned" dla procesów spawania laserowego i lutowania. Qualifications Wymagania Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowany kierunek Mechaniczny lub Eleketryczny). Przynajmniej 3 lata doświadczenia na samodzielnym stanowisku jako Inżynier Procesu/Produkcji. Znajomość procesu spawania laserowego i lutowania. Bardzo dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego. Mile widziana znajomość procesów wytwarzania produktów elektronicznych.
