SENIOR MARKET PLACE COORDINATOR CHINA 

MAIN PURPOSE

As a senior marketplace coordinator China, you will manage the day-to-day operation across the Chinese eCommerce/Marketplaces (Tmall, WeChat, Little Red Book, Douyin) within Rituals. You'll be responsible for executing the overall (marketing, campaign, promotional) calendar, track the eCommerce/Marketplace performance, analyse the data and use your findings to improve the digital strategy in China. You reports to the Business Development Manager China and will be based in Amsterdam in the Digital Team. In this role you work closely with the China Digital Team for aligning the digital activities, technical roadmap and with the China Marketing Team to align on the Marketing and promotional calendar.

YOUR ROLE

• Manage day to day operation across our eCommerce platforms (Tmall, WeChat, Little Red Book, Douyin).
• Increase and grow sales in terms of volume, ROI etc.
• Maintain and optimise the eCommerce working procedure and cooperation.
• Regular monthly reporting: KPI’s review (ROI, CR, UV etc), high lights, sell-out FC, product/category performance, promotions, livestream.
• Follow the China standard reporting requirement to provide inputs on time with right quality.
• Improve sales through merchandising.
• Support Digital Campaign Manager to make campaign come alive and on time.
• Responsible for project operation to support Digital projects.
• Project execution, monitoring, improvement and communication.
• Budget and spend monitoring.
• Ad hoc projects assigned by manager and ensure efficient process execution.

YOUR INGREDIENTS

• At least 4 years of relevant China E-commerce related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong team player with strong ownership and result oriented.
• Setting up templates and lead workflows make you happy.
• Strong analytic skills combined with data-oriented thinking. 
• Excellent (native level) written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Process experience of order and supply chain operation is a plus.
• Advanced experience in cooperation with external customers and vendors.
• Multi-international company working or cooperation experience is a plus.
