Primary Function:
Create and as the leader driving and executing an annual communications plan that supports all MarCom activities with seminars, shows and events, public relations, advertising, marketing campaigns and other MarCom activities
Develop and implement the market communications plan to strengthen BAC leadership brand image in China/Asia

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the communication materials, including the literature, datasheet, poster, brochure, samples, promotion materials, case collections etc
Manage the important events such as technical seminars, sales meeting, trade show exhibitions, press engagements etc.
Digital marketing: make the branding/product/sales promotion by digital marketing, including release soft articles on platforms and monitor effect and develop new tools in case of in need
Work with sales/product team to develop sounded case story, and publish in public channel
Keep contact with HQs to ensure all MARCOM activities and materials are aligned with global standards
Closely with market, customers & sales, to dig new communication activity and materials to boost our communication effects

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Required Attributes
Ethical, integrity and in line with FCPA regulations
Bachelor or above degree in marketing, communications or business
8+ years experience in marketing communication, previous record as a marketing & communications supervisor /manager
B2B marketing experience highly preferred
Strong experience in event management and/or public relations essential
Must be able to speak and write fluently in English.
Strong communication skills, team work spirit and leadership
Good time management and ability to work to deadlines
Strong self-motivation and ability to work in high pressure environment
Ability to demonstrate problem solving and be able to think creatively
A good commander of office software, incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
Willing to travel, able to work under pressure
