Job Description: Senior Marketing Executive

The Senior Marketing Executive is involved in all aspects of marketing and communications for HK market. The role involves mainly in social media content production and relationship building with partners, media. The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, developing and implementing communications and social media plans in accordance with the Direction of Marketing Communications. The role covers all applicable facilities under Mission Hills Group, including Mission Hills Resort Shenzhen, Dongguan and Haikou.

Key work activities:

• Planning & implement social media strategy and campaigns that aims for HK market;
• Handling daily operations of Mission Hills’ social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, blog;
• Developing contents for social media through creative copywriting, photo & video production, graphic design, etc;
• Identifying and inviting suitable bloggers, Youtubers, KOLs from HK for promoting Mission Hills as a spectacular integrated resort;
• Monitoring and evaluating social media campaigns and ROI;
• Responsible for maintaining brand standards on all communications channels;
• Planning and supporting youth development programs;
• Writing and distributing press releases to HK media;
• Maintaining and developing good relationship with traditional media, including TV channels, newspapers, magazines;
• Event support and co-ordinations;
• Other works assigned by Director of Marketing Communications

Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing / journalism / communications;
• Minimum 2 years marketing and communications experience of hospitality, travel, leisure Industry with excellent results;
• Knowledge in simple photography, videography, video-editing, graphic design;
• Fluent in writing and speaking both English and Mandarin is preferred;
• Team oriented, focused, passionate;
• Able to work independently under pressure;
• Self-driven with strategic mind to explore new opportunities;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Willing to station in mainland China (Shenzhen)
