Job Description

Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job) :


Assist the Line Manager on the Implementation of effective brand building and marketing programs by proactively working on advertising, communication, media plan, PR, joint promotion, marketing events, sales meeting, brand website, digital, social media and sales promotion etc.


Key Result Areas :


  • Work with line manager to develop seasonal and yearlong regional marketing plan and calendar including all functions, PR, Digital, marketing material production, media planning, in-store promotion, department store/mall events, etc.

  • Adapt regional marketing calendar to HK and TW market, and update accordingly with changes. Contact point for all functional updates including PR, digital, retail marketing, social content and EC content.

  • Work with line manager on budget allocation and help manage and control the expenses. In charge of putting together 3rd party contracts, and inputting all V buy POs into the system.

  • Must work independently on certain marketing function from scratch till finish the project and report to line manager. These functions include but not limit to event execution, E-Commerce, retail marketing including communication with all department stores and execution of them. During the execution, this person needs to work with agencies, vendors on his/her own.

  • Supporting line manager to select & Leverage Celebrities and KOLs for increasing brand engagement with TA. Maintain and control seeding list to ensure optimal exposure.

  • Report about monthly HK/TW MKT activities including in stores and external events(dealer), help team understand better about brand MKT status.

  • Co-ordinate with manager and local EC & retail team for consistent product story telling & brand content based on marketing calendar.

  • Work with the line manager and functional leader to support the GTM meeting twice a year, including but not limited to choose the venue, setting agenda, staff and samples arrangement.

  • To work with agency to continually monitor market trends, competitor, and consumer trends: Intelligence Report information gathering, competitor review report on a regular basis

  • To play an active role internally to contribute to the company and brand culture


    Competency Requirements :

    Behavioral Competencies -

  • Education: University Degree level

  • Excellent sense of retail business and huge interests and good taste on visual and graphic.

  • At least 3-5 years working experience in apparel retail or FMCG Marketing or from advertising agency/PR agency is a MUST.

  • MUST work independently on projects.

  • Excellent oral and written English and Chinese skills is a MUST.

  • Be able to work under pressure and always being proactive

  • Fast learner

  • Details and result oriented

  • Strong drive & motivation to succeed

    Fluency in Microsoft excel & power point is a must
