This role reports to the Marketing Manager of Digital and CRM, should possess strong analytical skill, be able to translate data and trend into business implication. She should be familiar and experienced in CRM cloud execution and highly proficient in Google adv platform and other social media platforms. The Marketing Department of HBS includes 3 teams, namely, Digital & CRM, Brand & Communication, and Design.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
1. Website Traffic
- Execute SEM & Display campaign creation to increase the traffic qty and quality
- Able to spot improvement needs of the web structure to enable connective analytics among platforms and in-house systems
2. Lead Driving
- Execute customer acquisition campaign in Google and Facebook with Brand & Communication Team to actively generate leads to business, quantified and qualified
- Perform reports of different lead source analytics to suggest insight of targeted customer and adv setting to keep up a fast pace optimization process
- Communicate in smoothness & efficiency with inhouse teams and agencies to achieve highest effectiveness
3. Digital Infrastructure & New Initiative
- Always monitor own infrastructure and look for evolvement solution to achieve high efficiency
- Including brand websites, customer forms, campaign sites, CRM platforms & etc.
- Drive e-Com to become a new and stable pillar of business
CRM
Support the innovation projects to elevate Group’s CRM function and build customer journey
1 - SAP Marketing Cloud
Work closely with SAP and the service integrator as well as inhouse IT team to integrate Group’s data into SAP Marketing Cloud, with:
- Inhouse datahub set up support
- Perform & translate internally the Customer analytics
- Drive and manage the Automations
- Sustainable governance of the project and platform
2 - CS Hub
Work with agency to build a virtual customer communication hub
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ solid all-rounded experience in brand & product marketing, advertising, digital, event management, joint-promotion
- Sales-driven with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen
- Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- With less work experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
