Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online marketing and promotion campaigns in different kinds of social media platform according to the strategic business plans
  • Develop website traffic plan
  • Manage SEO
  • Implement A/B testing protocols and procedures
• Collect, maintain, update and analyze data in market, sales, customers & products (E.g. Collect the CTR, CVR & CPA through web tracking tool)
• Develop media planning of online advertising including Listing Ads, Buzz Marketing by blog/BBS
• Online item registration & maintenance
• Manage the information of Premium Bandai products. (Item name, Item code, price, schedule, copyrights, order result, etc.)
• Generate monthly report and communicate with management for marketing campaign performance such as progress and order results
• Analyze key metrics and partner with advertising, media specialists to optimize marketing strategy
• Assist in offline marketing activities and events

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines
• 2 years hands on experience in online marketing, preferably with social media marketing, lead generation and SEO exposure
• Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics
• Interested in Japanese toys, comics and animation is a MUST
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (Japanese is not a must)
• Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator or other image editing softwares would be an advantage
• Good computer knowledge (HTML, CSS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
