Responsibilities :

• Drive the execution of marketing communication programs in ASEAN exhibitions and seminars, content marketing, PR, social media, website and brand strategies to increase brand awareness of the Company and its products and services
• Coordinate to create and develop marketing materials include leaflet, newsletter, product sheet, advertisement, poster, etc.
• Plan, monitor and maintain consistent company presence on social media
• Promoting content, such as news and briefing, through social media platforms
• Continuous review and active management of company website (with news, publications and events) and other public channels, liaise with external parties including vendors and clients, etc.
• Manage budget for projects and campaigns
• Assist in gift/premium sourcing, coordination on production of sales video and website development
• Research and manage association membership applications, implement co-organized events with relevant associations
• Conduct market research and analysis on market and sales data to develop insights for management discussion
• Travel to ASEAN countries for the execution of marketing programs likes exhibitions and seminars are required
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Marketing, Translation, Journalism or Communications preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in Marketing, B2B industry or ASEAN countries, less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
• Practical experience in project management, event marketing, social media channels, SEO, website management, translation and publishing is highly preferred
• Creative, self-motivated, proactive, systematic, organized and detail-minded, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge of any languages in ASEAM markets will be an advantage
• Knowledge of PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a MUST, proficient in graphic design tool such as Photoshop, HTML, & illustrator is preferable
