Main duties include:

• Coordinate with Head of Marketing to execute marketing plan for Hong Kong & Taiwan.
• Liaise with media and KOLs for product seeding and relevant coverage of our product range and launches.
• Identify marketing and promotional opportunities both in-store and with media.
• Manage multiple social media channels to keep local audience engaged in Bloom & Grow product offering (Facebook and Instagram).
• Work with sales teams on Email Campaigns to trade customers.
• Liaise with Marketing Teams in SE Asia and AUS to share ideas and initiatives.
• Provide day to day marketing support to the sales team in Hong Kong
• Support the sales organization in selling-in and implementing key account activities
• Help manage marketing requests from the sales team and retailers
• Work with sales team to increase branding in stores both online and bricks and mortar – including window & in-store display installation.
• Coordinate and manage marketing events in Hong Kong including consumer expos, retailer events, blogger & press events with support from local team.
• Support E-commerce team for any local projects.
• Any other projects assigned by the Company. 

Requirements:

• Prefer immediately available
• Must be fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin also preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent with formal training in Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum three years working experiences in Marketing, experience in nursery industry is helpful.
• Social Media experience for business is essential (Facebook and Instagram), any additional digital marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience in merchandising and retail marketing is preferred.
• Experience working with vendors, suppliers and agencies is preferred.
