Work you'll do:
Serve as the day-to-day contact point for addressing key stakeholders' marketing and communications needs of Hong Kong. Key stakeholders include CEO, Chairman, Regional Management Partner, National Function Leader , Regional Function Leader, industry leaders and client leaders, etc
Lead talent brand communications in HK
Develop strategic and comprehensive talent brand communications campaign to help promote firm/talent strategy, brand and culture in Hong Kong market
Lead communications on new initiatives and efforts which have direct impact on employees, partners, clients, professional service industry and the community
Responsible for help building leaders/partners profiles of Hong Kong by leveraging all social media platforms
Supervise external marketing events and client seminars, Business Development support such as proposal, research and CI support, media relations and government affairs coordination, etc.
Requirement: Bachelor degree in communication, public affairs or related areas, and/or equivalent experience/training
8+ years of professional experience in marketing and communications
In-depth knowledge and understanding in all aspects of strategic communications, including planning for key executives' media exposure on financial, technological and economic topics
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills in English, with active listening acumen skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, project management, as well as problem identification and solving skills
