About the role:

At Qupital, we should stay connected and keep abreast of the latest technological development to drive for an innovative and digital servicing model to exceed our customer expectation.  As a Seller Service Specialist, you will be the one to provide customer a quality and one-stop services via various touchpoints, i.e. phone, chat, video and email.  Be assertive and passionate to resolve customer enquiries and complaints by giving customer a peace of mind in banking with us.

 

 

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

 

  • Design and execute Marketing & Communications campaigns to support business outcomes and build the Qupital brand among employees, customers, intermediaries taking a research and/or outcome-based approach
  • Act as the brand custodian for Qupital in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Oversee marketing collateral including internal and external communication materials ensuring they are within brand guidelines
  • Design and execute effective marketing campaigns that incorporate digital marketing, trade/ sponsorship events, partners and public relations activity
  • Plan and prepare effective written communication across all stakeholder groups – customers, partners, employees and media
  • Work with the business to create effective communications that help drive business strategy and promote employee engagement in Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Support senior leaders in the preparation of events and communications
  • Manage a calendar of activity to support Marketing & Communications activity alongside business objectives and opportunities  
  • Plan and manage the annual marketing budget

 

What is required and what we’re looking for:

 

  • Associate Degree or above
  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, Public Relations and/or and Communications
  • At ease and comfortable operating in digital – from digital campaigns to eDMs to social media
  • Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and brand – including digital, events and positive public relations
  • Excellent writing and editing skills across all audiences
  • Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative mind
