Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager (Secured Loan Products) (Job ID: 2510)

Responsibilities

• To manage different secured loan products, including premium financing and secured over draft
• To develop / enhance the product features of secured loan product to achieve the target and market share
• To work closely with internal departments and external insurance company to ensure smooth implementation
• To coordinate with concerned business partners for details of product details and new initiatives
• To oversee the sales support activities for branches
• To monitor the business performance
• To manage the marketing expense and ensure it worked within the budget
• To ensure all marketing programmes are strictly adhered to compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business or related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years' solid product and marketing experience in banking products: at least 4 years’ experience in Loan or related sector
• Creative and good business acumen with excellent marketing skills
• Sound knowledge in loan products and relevant lending guidelines
• Independent, mature, self-initiated and business oriented
• Good planning and analytical skills
• Strong communication skill and risk awareness
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
