Then take your next career step with us.Target of the function: The field of responsibility includes leading all the strategic and operative marketing tasks related to E-Marketing for Motion Control Services Business. The marketing manager is driving the e-marketing internally as well as externally in the Siemens CRM-platforms, at Social-media platforms and especially together with Distribution Partners as well as selected OEMs. Responsibilities / Tasks Design, plan and execute online marketing campaigns for targeted portfolio elements Create marketing content (including blogs, articles, flyers etc.) for online marketing Perform SEO research to develop new content, optimize existing content, and devise tactics to continuously improve performance Plan, monitor and optimize paid digital marketing tactics, such as social media, PPC, and display advertising Use analytics tools to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Manage inquiries generation and conversion rates Collaborate with HQ Sales, Portfolio Management, Regional Sales and other interfaces to define the right campaigns Continuously expand your knowledge in the domain of motion control services portfolio elements.Requirements BS/MS degree in marketing, business or engineering 3-5 years working experience in digital marketing, including content creation as well as using the latest tools for SEO, SEM and analytics Proven experience with content creation for blogs, websites, case studies, and social media Extended experience using social media channels for marketing, both organic and paid In-depth knowledge using analytics tools to measure performance of online tactics Experience with A/B testing and content optimization Working knowledge of digital marketing software, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WordPress, and Eloqua Experience in or understanding of Siemens services business is a plus We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
