Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing all-round marketing strategies
• Supervise the production of sales and marketing materials
• Ensure all marketing materials and show flats are in compliance with the First-hand Sales Ordinances and relevant regulations
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with media to drive PR activities and positive branding exposure
• Stay abreast of industry trend; explore various marketing tools especially on digital platforms
• Conduct property market research and monitor competitive marketing activities
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or real estate related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience residential properties industry
• Knowledge in First-hand sales Ordinance
• Meticulous, customer-oriented and well-organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
