A Lot About You
We are looking for a potential talent to develop business strategy of E-Commerce platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the online event to accelerate growth of Yahoo E-Commerce business and maximize revenue.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Driving a strategy for marketing event and facilitating whole plan effectively to meet the goal and responsible for the KPI
Communicating and negotiating with other functions in utilizing and integrating various resources
Having a developing plan and conducting relevant marketing event
Constantly upgrading marketing events and planning innovatively
Setting up a rule for allocating advertisements and marketing resources to make sure resources has been utilized well
Integrating every category event and information of merchandise
Researching and analysing competitors' marketing event
Identifying the character of merchandise to drive online events with different stages, seasons, or trade news in order to increase the rate of users’ activity, dependent level and new users
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience in E-Commerce fields, retails industry or other relevant fields will be a plus
Proven records to deliver great results with result-driven personality and aggressive attitude to exceed the goals.
High standards of personal integrity, ethics, honesty and discretion.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with problem solving capability and strong sense of customer service.
Able to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment dealing with numerous people at different levels of the organization.
An individual who can bring freshness in approach and able to think holistically and provide innovative solutions.
With good business acumen, sound judgment and the ability to understand the business and be able to provide insight.
