1. Planning and implementation of fixture investment;
2. Introduction and implementation of the new fixture design and manufacturing concepts and method;
3. Design of fixtures for machining-, assembly- , test processes and automation equipment;
4. Optimize the existing fixture structure, improve production efficiency, error prevention control;
5. To set up and administration of fixtures life cycle (design, manufacturing, acceptance, and scrapping);
6. Technical contact window with R&D for relocalization and industrialization project;
7. For relocalization and industrialization project, technical responsbile from concept design phase to sample phase to final release of equipment or line;
8. Work with internal experts to ensure designs & modifications adhere to the defined standards;
9. Contribute to and drive activities to achieve quality cost and delivery targets.

▪ Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, mechatronics or related subjects

▪ Minimum 5 years of working experience in adequate position

▪ Solid experiences in fixture engineering;

▪ Solid skill of CAD-system (Auto-CAD, ProE, Solid work and so on)and general office software;

▪ Basic knowledge of mechanical design simulation;

▪ Basic knowledge of lean production and systematical thinking, planning and implementation;

▪ Basic knowledge of of hydraulic system;

▪ Basic knowledge of project management;

▪ Fluent in English (spoken and written);

▪ Self-motivated and independent working capability;

▪ German language skills is a plus.
