1. Responsible for mechanical design, installation and commissioning of the solution for automated/semi-automated production line and equipment.
2. Cooperate with sales team, take part in the overall design of solution according to customer requirement, evaluate functionality, performance and cost of mechanical design during pre-sales phase.
3. While designing the solution, work with electrical engineer to come up with concreate design of production line or equipment based on function spec. For the mechanical part of solution, take charge of generating BOM, concept drawing, part drawing, assembly drawing and etc.
4. During solution implementation, responsible for machinery parts manufacturing, mechanical commissioning and tuning. Work with electrical engineer to make sure the solution can meet function spec as planned.
5. Prepare for neccessary technical document and conduct training of operation and maintenance to end users.
6. For the work packages which are outsourced 3rd party contractors, provide technical requirement to mechanical parts; coaching and evaluating the mechanical design and installation of final deliverables from contractor.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or above.
1. 该职位负责自动/半自动生产线、非标设备项目中机械部分解决方案的设计，开发，安装与调试；
2. 在项目售前阶段，配合销售团队，针对客户要求，参与制定项目总体方案，评估机械部分的功能，性能与成本；
3. 在方案设计阶段，根据技术协议，与电气工程师共同设计产线设备详细方案，针对其中的机械部分，编制物料清单，绘制机械概念图，部件零件图，装配图等；
4. 在项目实施阶段，负责机械加工件制作，机械部件安装与调试；与电气工程师合作，确保产线/设备达成技术要求。
5. 编写相关技术文档，并对客户相关技术人员进行操作培训与维护培训；
6. 对于项目中外包给其他供应商执行的部分，负责对供应商提出机械部分技术要求，并对供应商的交付物在机械设计、安装等方面进行指导和评估；
7. 其他临时任务或上级主管安排的工作。

1. BA degree or above, majors in mechanical design, integration of M&E and electrical engineering. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing, designing and implementing mechanical design of industrial automation system.
2. Has solid foundation of mechanical design theory. Be able to analyze mechanical strength, integrity, robustness, machinability and safety of mechanical design.
3. Be proficient with non-standard mechanical equipment and parts design, structure design and manufacturing process.
4. Be proficient of using AutoCAD and Solidworks to develop 2D/3D drawings.
5. Be familiar with GB, ISO, DIN and other national/international mechanical design standard.
6. Has strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility and executive ability, has good spirit of cooperation, available for short-term business trips.
7. The experience of designing or implementing electrical assembly line or equipment is preferred.
8. Be familiar with Bosch Rexroth factory automation product is preferred.
9. Fluent English both in speaking and writing is preferred.
1. 大学本科或以上学历, 机械设计、机电一体化程等专业毕业，5年以上自动化系统机械设计开发与实施经验；
2. 具备坚实的机械设计功底，能够对机械设计方案进行机械强度、完整性、可靠性、可加工性和安全性等方案的分析；
3. 精通非标机械设备零件设计、结构设计及加工工艺;
4. 精通AutoCAD和Solidworkds软件进行二维/三维图纸绘制；
5. 熟悉GB，ISO，DIN及其其它国内/国际机械设计标准。
6. 具备较强学习能力、责任感和执行力，具有良好的合作精神，可以接受短期出差；
7. 具有电子装配类生产线与非标设备的设计实施经验者优先考虑；
8. 熟悉博世力士乐自动化产品者优先考虑
9. 具备流利的英语口语及书写能力者优先考虑。
