Key Responsibilities

• Monitor medical file processing, especially for heavy and difficult case handling
• Explain for BU according to the government regulation related medical issue in China, in order to make the clear communication with BU
• Obtain medical information and help to verify the coverage for outbound insurance products and conduct medical reviews in relation to claims adjudication
• Answer questions from group regarding to health care in China
• Provide appropriate training, documentation and support to Agents
• 24 hours on call, answer questions related medical issue and provide case management for complex and/or high cost cases
• Support the department’s efforts to achieve cost containment and achievement of the targeted loss ratio.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments and support them according to their needs.

Required Experience

• Qualified Medical Doctor
• More than 10 years clinical medicine work experience in hospital or clinics or 5+ years hospital emergency department work experience
