1. Above 8-year working experience in textile import/export business. Knowing European market is a preference

2. Good knowledge of the different Cut&Sew products, special technique treatment. Knowing Kids garments is a plus

3. Work independently with overseas buyers and designer in order to well understand the product design and fabric needs

4. Interpret the exact needs with suitable suppliers; good price sense and strong product development ability

5. Keep each stage in the production and salesman sample process at effective level

6. Drive the development to ensure best option, qualities, prices and lead time

7. Interpret concept into material; work with fabric team/suppliers to develop the capabilities on new qualities and/or improve the performance of complex quality

8. Fluent English is must and flexible for the travel arrangement; work actively under pressure
