Merchandiser or Senior Merhcandiser EXPERT IN DENIM:

At least 4 Years Experience, BASE IN XINTANG - GUANGZHOU OFFICE.

Good English

Purchase order execution and follow up, including, verify/ key-in quote sheets, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor shipment fulfilment.

Willing to travel to the factories and stay as much is needed if is necessary

Ensure on time shipment of goods by coordination with supplier, FC, QA and shipping team. Monitor and control to achieve smooth operation.

Ensure QS be transmitted correctly and timely upon request in order to allow smooth processing of order. ? Coordinate buying trip, sourcing trip, market pre-visit and sharing necessary procedures with supplier and make sure smooth running of the process.

Approval samples before shipment in order to make sure merchandise to be shipped have specification and quality conformance to PO and import requirement of destination country.

Identify, evaluate and develop potential suppliers who can provide excellent value merchandise to the Company. Track & report the update merchandise trend by market research.

Communicate closely with buyer and look for opportunity to increase the direct import business.

Develop, train and motivate assistant merchandiser, evaluate their performance and provide guidance for their development in the merchandising area.

Demonstrate team-working spirit within the department by supporting other team member when necessary.

Analyze the business history and product type in order to identify the opportunity to grow.
