1, Have at least 5-7 years in garment business, specially in knit and woven

2, Have working experience in buying office for USA or European marketing, factory working experience is preferred

3, Be familiar with fabric material, gauge, construction and garment technique

4, Well organized in working with high efficiency

5, Excellent English level in reading, writing and speaking.

6, Prefer to have bachelor degree, major in textile industry is even better

7, Good skill in product development, price negotiation, and communicating skills

8, Have a good team spirit and is willing to share experience with other colleague

9, Be flexible for the working time, if it is needed

10,Have a high working responsibility, Be able to stand high pressure from work

Position - Senior Merchandiser

Be responsible for the seamless, cut & sewn development, price negotiation, sampling and order placement

Be responsible for supervising the production follow up with the team

Coordinate with factory and head office to make the orders go smoothly

Must be able to find the best suitable factories for each different model, depending on the style, fabric and cost efficiency

Train new factory to adapt to our working process

Give a solution when problem happened during the operation

Evaluate vendor's performance by analyzing the sampling speed, price, cooperation

Train the merchandiser to grow

Qualification:
