**Requirement:

• Cummunicate with customers in a timely manner on new products' enquiries, new product development, packaging development, and any outstanding issues concerned with production timeline/quality/shipment;
• Liaise with suppliers on product sourcing, price, terms and conditions negotiation;
• Follow-up and monitor in all merchandising related activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery (from product development to production);
• Respond to both vendors and customers within 48 hours;
• Keep record well filed and monitor the information in the entire process (from development to shipment);
• Submit samples for pre-production and production testings by 3rd parties; Monitor and educate vendors on factory audits conducted by 3rd parties;
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

**Requirements:

• 10 years' experience in Merchandising;
• Experience dealing with major retailers in the USA and Canada (A MUST);
• Experience in seasonal products;
• Knowledge in procedures of 3rd parties' testings and factory audits;
• Good English in both speaking and writing;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
