Responsibilities （职责）

• Communicate with US customers and understand the products requirements to develop and sourcing

跟进美国客户，熟悉需要开发与采购产品的要求

• Sourcing reliable factories, not only at the office but also do the on-site factories audit, compare and select or recommend the best suppliers and do suppliers collection.

寻找可靠的工厂，不限于在办公室搜索供应商，也需要到工厂现场审核，比较、选择或推荐合适的供应商。

• Take over cost negotiating, production times, payments with suppliers

与供应商谈判价格、生产时间、付款方式

• Lead merchandiser team to follow up production, ensure product delivery on time.

指导部门人员跟进工厂大货生产，确保供应商按时交付产品。

• Follow up the quality control team to ensure product quality

协助验货团队，确保交付产品的质量。

Basic Qualifications （岗位要求）

・ College education degree and above

大学学历及以上

・ 5 years above experience of sourcing and merchandising in the household/kitchenware/home electronic products

具备5年以上的家用厨具杂货类及家用电子产品的行业采购与跟单经验

・ Knowledge with manufacturing process and testing protocols.

熟悉各类产品的生产流程及测试要求

・ Have high sense of responsibility and team work spirit, able to follow up details closely from sourcing, product development, mass production, quality control until shipment completed

具备高度的责任心和团队协作精神，跟紧从采购到产品出货的每一个环节，确保产品订单按时按质完成
