Responsibilities: 

• Follow up quotation, order, sample arrangement and achieve sales target of new order
• Monitor the production and order status to meet customers’ requirements
• Coordinate production schedules with factory to ensure timely delivery
• Work with customers and factories independently
• Work closely with QC and Laboratories on quality issues

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ solid experience in merchandising of Sundries, better with experience in handling Stationery or Gifts items
• Experienced in handling Licenses products will be an advantage
• Attentive to details with problem solving mindset
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Occasionally travel to China is required
• Less experience will be considered as Merchandiser position
