需要有中到高档女装经验(梭织；羊绒、羊毛、真丝、棉纶、风衣、麻），英语流利

需要有丰富的ＯＥＭ经验，面料里料，到纽扣，拉链，毛领等都需要自己采购。

服装贸易的季节性比较强，做秋冬装时的半年时间需要经常加班到7.8点，不可加班者请勿投递。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Following-up prototypes and size sets approvals for all styles under production. The Technical & Fitting Supervisor acts as a coordinator between Europe Technical Department and GSA merchandisers and suppliers. Prototypes and size sets are verified before being sent to Europe (a report is issued with comments and recommendations). Technical & Fitting Supervisor also follows up with the suppliers the corrective actions requested by Europe Technical Department.

Bringing expertise to the®merchandisers, QC and suppliers in terms of garment making, assembly and fitting.

The candidate would be under the responsibility of the GMR.

Source, develop, negotiate, monitor quality and be responsible for all shipping (packaging, ticketing, branding, pricing) for all products to ensure all delivery dates are met.

JOB REQUIREMENT

The candidate's field of expertise is on fashion garments products (men & lady).

In terms of style, grading, the candidate has a solid theoretical background but which would need to be sharpen with field practice.

• Trading company ( OEM process ) preferred;

有外贸公司（熟悉OEM流程）经验优先；

• High-end apparel experience ( silk, cashmere coat, down jacket ) preferred;

高端服装行业相关领域工作经验优先（真丝、羊绒大衣、羽绒服等）；

• Above10 years working expreriences

10年以上工作经验；

Responsibilities:

• Price negotiation & contract preparation and finalize with supplier ( fabric, trim, garment) ;

和供应商进行价格谈判，准备合同及签订事宜；

• Samples follow up till PPS, coordinate with QC/QA, make sure the samples come out on time with good quality;

跟踪样品，和QC/QA配合直到产前样出货，确保所有样品和大货按照既定计划进行和完成，并确保其良好质量。

• Bulk fabric and accessories follow up and final contract，including booking the bulk fabrics/trims, control the whole order procedure;

大货面料和辅料跟进，包括订货、安排生产和出货，控制所有流程；

- Customer profile (order follow up - sampling till shipment with clear step and time line)

客户跟进（跟单——从打样到出货要有清晰的步骤和时间表）；

• Arranging the shipment, deal with the shipping documents;

安排出货订舱；

• Daily communication with buyers directly to take care of the enquiries & orders;

答复客户日常通讯；

• Maintain good business relationship with existing suppliers and monitor suppliers’ performances;

维护供应商关系，并监督执行情况；

• Other affairs that superiors assign;
