高级采购员 Senior Merchandiser(DIY/Auto)

Job Responsibilities:

1. In charge of the sourcing in the assigned area and products.

2. Propose competitive sourcing solutions to buyers.

3. Source most reliable and performing suppliers.

4. Prepare offers and follow up on the offers with buyers till receiving order confirmations.

5. Responsible for complete sales order management until shipment.

6. Coordinate and liaise with buyers and factories/suppliers.

7. Coordinate with internal departments on logistics, quality requirements and factory compliance.

8. Manage product presentation (physical and/or digital), showroom arrangement, samples approval, and artworks.

9. Handle product sample labeling, packing, delivery and storage.

10. Frequent buying trips to Mainland China, factory visits and travels to trade fairs.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree

2. Related experience of DIY/Auto, possess good knowledge of these products and their approval standards for different Europe and South America countries

3. Previously worked in well known sourcing companies, trading or buying offices

4. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing process, cost trends and material applications (metal, plastic, packaging etc.)

5. Experienced in managing projects and controlling deadlines in timely manner

6. Excellent command of written and spoken English.

7. Excellent communications and coordination skills with vendors and overseas customers.

8. Proficient in MS Office applications, esp. Excel.

9. Service and results-oriented, good team-work spirit, dynamic, well organized, analytical, dedicated and initiative, high sense of ethics and integrity.

10. Immediate availability is preferred.
