Responsibilities:

• Proactive lead and organize the daily execution of merchandising activities from sample to shipment
• Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
• Handle sample arrangement to customers for approval and lab testing
• Maintain and update order-processing system
• Perform other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Graduates/ High School Graduates
• At least 3 years relevant working experience with plush toys experience
• Detail-oriented, well organized, energetic, able to meet deadline
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
