Senior Merchandiser- Softline

Job Description:
Organize and coordinate product development and order placements, ensuring products, materials, samples and others involved on-time delivery.

Distribute updated information to vendors on a daily basis to maintain accuracy of sampling and production details.

Responsible for the assurance of good quality, prompt delivery and payment of each order.

Domestic and overseas trips to factories and trade shows are required.
Other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
Processing data in SAP & other ERP system.
Processing the purchasing, transportation of packaging materials and accessories, to guarantee the smooth conduct of the order.
Collaborate with cross teams & 3rd party companies.

Requirements:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, team player with high sense of responsibility, result orientated and ability to work under pressure.
Sound knowledge of related product category and technical requirements.
Sourcing and merchandising experiences with US retailers is preferred.
Minimum 5 year experience in softline sourcing and buying environment global market exposure.
Bachelor degree or relevant academic qualifications.
Native Chinese speaker with proficiency in written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft office includes excel, word and power point.
Knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
