• At least 8 years experience in garments (workwear) including knowledge of good jersey suppliers (often also used for workwear)
• Strong technical background & product knowledge in knit/woven fashion items under high quality level, fabric constructions/development, washing etc.

in the respective product areas up to a level to be able to assess production comments/quality and make sound decisions on alternatives.

• Ability to calculate fabric consumption, making and other garment costs
• Good knowledge of garment quota and product costing.
• Able to negotiate and maintain rapport with vendors.
• Able to diagnose problems, consider in different perspectives and make objective decisions considering various alternatives.
• Able to anticipate, prioritize, delegate, monitor work activities.
• Able to be a good team player.
• Donghua Textiles University, or similar level education
• Fluent oral and written English
• Smart, flexible, able to work under pressure, self-motivated with initiatives.
• Good PC skills
