Responsibilities:

Location: Dongguan

• Work under the instruction of Sales Manger yet do the daily work independently;

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’expectations and company’s objectives;

• Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock;

• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, PMC, purchasing,R&D, Quality, shipping, etc to provide “ turnkey” service to the clients (from samples to mass production shipping);

• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets;

• Build constructive and solid customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or International trade;

• Proven working experience in merchandising for more than 10 years;

• Knowledge of Kitchenware or babyware is an added advantage;

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (CET6, CEM4 or CEM8 is a must) and mandarin;

• Strong listening and presentation skills when meeting the client face to face ;

• Ability to work under pressure, independent and team player;

• Dedication to providing great customer service with commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers.
