• Work closely with Team Edison marketing and sales, to develop forward-looking yet well-executable China NEV/BEV communication strategy and tactics.
• Manage communication agency to conduct strong Ford NEV storytelling among China media environment:
  • A sustainable daily story-telling plan to clearly deliver Ford NEV messages in cadence.
  • Manage key model launch and media test drive programs.
  • Organize other flexible media/KOL online and offline events to keep the Ford NEV presence and momentum in China.
• Develop and maintain a close relationship with key NEV media and KOLs together with media team.
• Closely monitor key BEV players’ action in China, timely make good case study and trend report together with agency.

• Strategically mindset of communications and messaging.
• Knowhow of creative/alternative ways in China BEV communication to better leverage enthusiasts/advocators.
• Logical thinking and responsible for the results
• Fluent English (read, spoken and written) capabilities is a Must.
• Excellent Chinese news release development capability.
• Over 4 years of auto industry related experience accumulation, BEV experience is preferred.
