Overview

Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the receptionist area and office admin in good order and admin daily work go on smoothly.


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Manage the receptionist area including but not limited to phone system, visitor management and meeting room management.

管理前台区域包括并不限于电话接听,访客接待,会议室管理等

Responsible for office stationeries booking and distribution, mailing / expressage handling and tracking

负责办公文具的预定和分发管理,以及邮件/快递件的处理和跟踪

Responsible for the raw data management for all admin cost and handle the payment request accordingly

负责建立公司所有行政费用数据表并处理相应付款申请

Book flight or train ticket as per needs and make reservation for hotel as per company standard.

根据公司相关规定为公司业务部门预订机票和酒店

Coordinate and review for administration venders/suppliers updating and coordinating.

协助管理审核行政供应商

Supporting Marketing Event

协助并支持市场部门的活动

Responsible for Attendance Record

负责做考勤记录

Provide Day-to-day admin support and implement the other assignments instructed by supervisor.

提供日常行政支持并完成主管布置的其他工作。

Take the responsibilities to manage the office facility / equipment maintenance and minor decoration

负责办公室相关设备的维护工作和局部小翻新


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor or above

本科及以上学历;

At least 2 years admin experience in MNC

至少2年行政管理经验

Personal organization, efficiency

工作效率高,组织能力好;

Ability to work under pressure

愿意承担工作压力;

Service orientation

有服务意识;

Integration and contribution in team

良好的团队合作;

Readiness to cooperate, helpfulness and good communication & interpersonal skills

愿意与人合作及良好的沟通及人际交往能力
