Job Responsibilities:

• Support Division Head to formulate and execute strategies for effective fundraising and donor management;
• Oversee the different donation channels including online platforms and be responsible for their maintenance;
• Develop new fundraising opportunities that are in line with the Society’s vision and mission;
• Manage and implement fundraising and volunteering events and activities:
• Handle post-event reports:
• Draft and edit materials for external publications and communications, including funding proposals, executive speeches, web pages and online promotions;
• Manage the production of the Society’s Annual Report;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications / Journalism/ Marketing or related disciplines;
• 3 to 5 years of prior work experience in fundraising and event management;
• Strong event and project management experience;
• Strong organisational, management and presentation skills;
• Energetic, dynamic and a self-starter who can work well under tight schedule and perform diversified duties;
• Not-for-profit experience and previous sector knowledge preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Proficiency in both MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
