Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of examination questions for various professional examinations
• Co-ordinate quality assurance activities in the examination development process
• Maintain the accuracy of database and record-keeping system
• Collaborate with external professionals, market practitioners and academia
• Provide secretariat support to committee meetings
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications and skills

• Degree or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in financial industry or professional examination bodies
• Passes in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) and/or MPF Schemes Examination (MPFE) will be definite advantage
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work independently and attentive to details
• Ability to work accurately with minimum supervision to achieve high standards
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Chinese word processing
