Job Description

The Job

  • To assist in planning and organizing programmes related to publicity/public education/ communication in respect of the MPF System and the MPFA;
  • To produce publicity and education materials in various formats, including copywriting, sourcing and supervising vendors for production;

  • To manage project-related administrative and operational duties; and

  • To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

 

The Person

  • A recognized degree, preferably in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or finance, or equivalent;
  • At least four years of relevant experience in digital marketing, publicity or public relations, preferably gained from sizable corporations or public organization;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage;

  • Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Highly sensitive to public relations or public issues;

  • Mature, customer-oriented, proactive and a good team player; and

  • Able to work independently as well as under pressure.

 

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
