Job Description & Responsibilities
This Senior Officer Position holder will support various HR practices and as the resources in OD team to support on day-to-day work.
- Assist various HR practices including but not limit to HR financial planning and regular tracking
- Manage expense claims and prepare expense reports
- Manager OD team regular activities such as meetings and day-to-day work.
- Support HR OD team members and participate in talent programs and strategic projects to deliver
- Other tasks assigned by leaders
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in management, human resources, or business related major with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a sizable multinational organisation or professional service firm is preferred
- Detail oriented, well organized and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication & interpersonal skills and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Highly proactive, self-motivated and be able to learn quickly
