Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and organise wide spectrum of training programmes and events to cater for market needs
  • Formulate and organise promotional activities, and prepare online and offline advertising collaterals to maximize the marketing efficiency
  • Explore and collaborate with external providers, trainers and subject experts to strengthen and expand resources for the Institute
  • Conduct research and analysis of training needs and programme effectiveness, and compile management reports
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings with various Committees
  • Provide general administrative support including enrollment, payment, sign-in/out and post-course evaluation, etc.
  • Handle enquiries and provide excellent services to members
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business or any related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in learning and development, customer servicing, business administration, event management or membership
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in dealing with all levels of people
  • Independent to work under pressure, detail minded with strong problem solving, organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Responsible and self-motivated team player
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
