The Job
- To provide a full spectrum of human resources (HR) services including recruitment, manpower planning and budgeting, compensation and benefits management, performance management, staff relations, training and development, etc.;
- To provide support to the formulation and review of HR policies and programmes;
- To conduct HR analysis and compile management reports; and
- To coordinate and administer HR programmes, and perform other duties as assigned.
The Person
- A recognized degree, preferably in human resources management, or equivalent;
- At least four years of relevant experience in human resources management, of which one year’s experience in compensation and benefits administration for the post of Senior Officer, or at least two years of relevant experience for the post of Officer, preferably gained from sizable or public organizations;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Well versed in the Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving and PC skills;
- A meticulous, positive-minded and proactive team player; and
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
