Responsibilities:

• To prepare loans facility and related documents;
• To conduct checking on loan documentation in both pre and post drawdown phases;
• To process the loan disbursement and redemption of loans;
• To liaise with regulatory bodies, solicitor firms, surveyors and Insurance companies that relate to job duties;
• To provide clerical support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, degree holder is preferable 
• 2 years of relevant experience in Loan/Credit Administration / documentation
• Basic loans knowledge
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good in MS office software application and Chinese Word processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
