Major job responsibilities:

1. Organizing varies PR and promotional events including ceremony, trade and public exhibition in HK and overseas.
2. Managing online and video promotion.
3. Maintaining the website for competition online application and information dissemination.
4. Managing existing website for design and content update.
5. Provide professional advice for call-in entrants and their enquiries. 
6. Liaising with external corporate service providers.
7. Preparation of board and committee meeting materials and minutes. Liaise with export and design industries practitioners.  
8. Provide Clerical support and logistic arrangement.
9. Formulate event budget.
10. Document, monitor and review the project progress and prepare reports. 

We look for high calibers who are/have:

• *Certificate / *Diploma / * & **University degree holder or above in marketing / PR / communication /translation /exhibition or related disciplines.
• 3-5 / 6-9 years or more related experience in marketing / event management / exhibition/ advertising is preferred; sure advantages with experience in funded project management. 
• Strong sense of responsibility and disciplinary; ability to work under pressure.
• Self-initiated and well-organized. Quick learner and strong problem solving skills.
• Creative, willing to take challenge; confident in client facing and strong communication skill.
• Attention to details and able to handle multi-tasks accurately in tight timeline. 
• Well-versed of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.
