Department: Customer Service Planning Department

In this position, you will:

• Responsible for IVRS / Intranet updating in a timely and accurate manner 

• Conduct benchmark and data analysis for automation and system enhancement projects
• Coordinate with other departments in any logistics issue arised from launch of new Policy and Procedure of any products and services, liaise with otherdepartments in development to launch and review.
• Responsible for general departmental reporting and procedure manual
• Act as focal point of Customer Care Division in service improvement projects / Customer satisfaction improvement projects

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant customer service experience preferably in telecom industry
• Good interpersonal communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Hands-on experience in PC operation (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Frontpage and other graphical software)
