Job Description
· DATA Consolidation of regular China report monthly/Quarterly/Annually eg HC, Org chart, Turnover analysis at China level YOY / by business line;
· Central E-FILING of Personal file in compliance with APAC rules and PRC laws;
· Consolidation of C&B structure & plan eg. Salary review/Out of Cycle review, Incentive scheme (commission or KPI based) for brokers/HOD/MD, staff benefit;
· Procedure & Policy standardization
· Performance track – monthly KPI status and plan consolidation
· Build and execute P&P practice unification within China
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experiences focused on Human Resources as business partner
· Excellent organization, communication and coordination skills, achievement oriented, sense of responsibility, good adaptability
· Super good command of Microsoft offices and popular data excellence software
· Good command of oral and written English
· Willing to think from business side proactively
