Job Description
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Professional Development), the appointee will be required to:
- Assist in designing and managing the PMSA Specified Courses and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme and relevant promotion functions for the PMSA;
- Plan and implement professional development and industry promotion activities;
- Implement professional development policies, guidelines and procedures based on needs and expectation from stakeholders;
- Be responsible for the content development, design and production of training publications and promotion materials;
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on the research, review and evaluation of PMSA Specified Courses and CPD programmes;
- Assist in delivering and monitoring training and CPD activities; and
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A recognised university degree in Education, Training or a related discipline;
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience;
- Experience in public sectors, authorities or relevant industries will be an advantage;
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
- Independent and able to work under pressure; and
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
