The Job
- To conduct ongoing assessments on the operations of MPF trustees with different regulatory tools such as on/off-site reviews and thematic examinations;
- To investigate and follow up the issues identified from complaint cases, enquiries and suspected non-compliances;
- To assist in the preparation of action plans, reports and other documentation in relation to supervision of MPF trustees;
- To compile survey statistics and data, and conduct analysis for the purpose of management information and intelligence gathering; and
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
The Person
- A recognized degree, preferably in accounting, finance, risk assessment, or equivalent;
- At least three years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, retirement schemes / pensions or audit; relevant experience gained from financial institutions, financial regulators or reputable consultancy / advisory firms is preferable;
- Mature, proactive, open-minded and a good team player; and
- Strong sense of mission and desire to develop a career in regulatory role.
Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
