A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

Our Systems Process and Quality team oversees all major functions of learning and development processes to ensure efficient delivery of quality materials to our internal partners. As part of the team, you’ll assist with the development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the systems and processes that are used to run learning and development operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer a number of Learning and development (L&D) systems including learning management system;
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance and usage issues;
• Assisting in the design, development, testing and maintenance of L&D portals and activity reports;
• Identify opportunities and develop solutions to automate processes to enhance performance efficiency in L&D;
• Translate business needs into technical requirements;
• Assisting in the design, development, testing and maintenance of L&D portals and activity reports;
• Maintain best practice process documentation;
• Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent assignments;
• Transfer skills to fellow L&D members through coaching, on-the-job training and knowledge-sharing;
• Support other L&D projects as may be required or assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related disciplines;
• Three years’ experience in mid to large size organisations on process improvement, application development, system administration and end user support;
• Solid experience in web application development with Javascript, HTML5 CSS and JQuery;
• Solid experience in Microsoft VBA development;
• Experience in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD) is definitely an advantage;
• Experience in Alteryx, PowerBI or UiPath development is a plus;
• Strong analytical and project management skills;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
