Responsibilities:

• Construct budgeting models according to the bank’s business; formulate and execute management policies for budgeting
• Substantiate budget targets by monitoring and analyzing related income and expenditure items
• Continuously enhance financial budget KPI and working mechanism, bring forward suggestion for improvement
• Prepare management reports on a regular basis
• Perform other ad-hoc projects / investigations

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance / Accounting
• At least 3 year of relevant accounting experience in banking industry with PRC exposure
• Professional qualification in Accounting is preferred but not essential
• Knowledgeable in theory / principles of banking products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with PC application, including Chinese word processing and MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidate with less relevant experience but higher academic / professional qualification will also be considered
