Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Manage and provide core values to HCC marketplace and Ecommerce projects;
2.Develop promotion, campaign strategy for HCC marketplace;
3.Develop annual budget plan for HCC marketplace based on multiple targets;
4.Work closely with other HCC internal teams on integrated campaigns and high level projects;
5.Be in charge of big partner cooperation project operation;
6.Identify the new trends, risks and opportunities;
7.Support on agile transformation of some particular projects.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, E-commerce, management or related majors;
2.At least 6 years working experience on E-commerce or marketing; Qudian, FenQuile, MUFS, MSFC, JD, Tmall background preferred;
3.At least 3 years management experience in same level position;
4.Solid project experience on promotion, campaign and acquisition;
5.Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
6.Sensitive on China Ecommerce trend;
7.Strong data analysis ability and good at information collection;
8.Good coordination and negotiation ability;
9.Knowledge and experience on Agile mode.
